Kräft Yacht Crew LLC (“we”, “our” or “us”) is an Introduction Agency, specializing in presenting active Candidates (“you, “your”) to prospective employers (our “Clients”).

Candidate Declarations

You agree to never falsify any information, references, documentation or certificates submitted to Yacht Kräft Crew

Upon engagement, you agree to take original copies of all your documentation with you, for the Clients records

Upon engagement, you agree to provide us with a copy of your Seafarers Employment Agreement. If this is against boat policy, an email confirming that you have received, signed and agree with your contract terms will suffice

MLC
The MLC mandates protection in several key areas, including routine inspections by Flag States, set obligations of the yacht owner to his/her employees, and documentation of correct working and living conditions onboard. If a yacht is exempt from MLC compliance or registered under a flag that has not adopted the MLC, it is essential to ensure satisfaction with the conditions offered and have the terms formally documented. Furthermore, ensure that you maintain appropriate personal insurance provided by the Client during your engagement. Complaints
Should you encounter any grievances or have any complaints during employment, please adhere to the onboard/company grievances and complaints procedure. Complaints regarding Kräft Yacht Crew’s conduct during the employment process should be promptly submitted to us in writing at info@kraftyachtcrew.com.
