We are seeking a Strong Chief Stewardess for a 45meter private/charter M/Y

The boat has a great charter reputation with busy dual seasons ahead.
Start Date is the first week of January
We are really looking for an all-round 'rock star' Chief Stew.
Somone who can come onboard and elevate the whole experience for guests and crew.
There is a lovely crew onboard who work hard and enjoy a positive environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years as a Chief Stewardess on similar sized vessels
- Has strong yet kind leadership skills and can mentor the girls, helping them exceed
- Somone who is presented well and excellent with guest relations
- An energetic and bubbly persona, someone who likes to keep things interesting!
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training (fully updated)
- PDSD Certificate
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in any interior roles
- Contactable recent references
