We are seeking a Strong Chief Stewardess for a 38meter private/busy charter M/Y
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic busy boat, with an amazing captain
Lovely American owners use the boat 6-8 weeks per year (planned trips)
The boat has a great charter reputation with busy dual seasons ahead (Approx 15 charters per year)
Winter - West Palm Beach base with Bahamas trips/charters
Summer - New England base with local charters (short season)
Start Date - ASAP
We are looking for an all-round 'rock star' Chief Stew.
Someone who can come onboard and elevate the whole experience for guests and crew.
There is a lovely crew onboard who work hard and enjoy a positive environment.
2 girls total in interior - 2nd Stew has longevity onboard
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years as a Chief Stewardess on similar sized vessels
- Has strong yet kind leadership skills and can mentor the 2nd stew
- Posses strong organization and experience working a busy program
- Loves kids!
- Somone who is presented well and excellent with guest relations
- An energetic yet calm persona
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training (fully updated)
- PDSD Certificate
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in any interior roles
- Contactable recent references
