The Position:
A new Chief Stewardess position has opened up on a beautiful 90+ meter Private vessel.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a fantastic crew, a reputable vessel, and a well-run program.
A private program with limited usage by the Owner throughout the year, Averaging 2-4 (shorter) trips per year.
The vessel is currently based in a European yard for the Winter season and plans for Summer of 2026 are yet to be confirmed (Mediterranean or USA).
The Chief Stewardess will oversee Service, Housekeeping, and administrative duties, maintaining the vessel’s high standards.
She is a point of contact for the Owner in regard to anything interior related onboard.
We are looking for a strong yet kind leader, who can guide and train the interior team effectively, contributing to a positive environment onboard.
Start Date is Mid-Late January.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 5 years of interior experience, ideally as a Chief Stew or a strong 2nd Stewardess, on 80m+ yachts
- Is an ‘all-rounder’ within the interior department, with confidence and great knowledge across service, housekeeping, and administration duties
- Is very organised and work proactively and efficiently
- Has strong co-ordination and communication skills
- Is flexible and able to travel at short notice to and from the vessel, when needed
- Preferably has experience with Middle Eastern Owners
- Upholds discretion and remains professional at all times
- Has longevity onboard previous programs
- Is looking for a long-term position (only)
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training (fully updated)
- PDSD Certificate
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
- Valid B1/B2 visa is a bonus, but not essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior roles
- Contactable recent references

This is not a rotating position as the Owner likes consistency.
The Chief Stew will mostly be onboard during ‘season time’, to prepare the team and boat for Owners trips.
The Chief Stew will be able to work remotely during yard periods or during quieter ‘off season’ time.
