We are seeking a Female Lead Deckhand for a 70-meter Private Motor Yacht
The boat is currently docked in Antigua
Dual season program (Mediterranean Summer / Caribbean Winters)
The owner likes to steer clear of the typical milk run destinations and prefers being off the beaten track
A sweet owner who is not high maintenance, he uses the boat medium/moderately throughout the seasons
Upcoming shipyard period in Europe for the month of May before the Summer season
The Lead Deckhand gives the Bosun support in his duties and responsibilities.
Including a detailed deck maintenance schedule, mooring operations, anchoring, navigation and general deck operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- High attention to detail - the owner likes his boat to look pristine
- Strong jet drive/tender driving experience
- Willingness to teach and lead by example
- Someone who wants to commit long term (minimum 1-2 years)
- Yachtmaster preferred
- Full STCW with PDSD
- PBL 2 and PWC
- Seafarers medical certificate
- Schengen Visa (if applicable)

Compensation:
Salary is approx. 3500 EUROS (+/-DOE)
