We are looking for a well-experienced Captain to manage a 40m Private & Charter vessel, while the current Captain is away.
Dates of employment are January 15th-March 20th
The boat will be based out of St. Thomas, with 3 contracted charters and 3 Owners trips during this period
We are looking for a professional Captain to seamlessly step in as a friendly 'substitute' for a well-established crew of 7
This crew work awesomely together and are all well-seasoned
It's a lovely boat to join during this busy season

All dockage is already booked
All crew scheduling is done
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Captain with a lot of charter experience
- Experience chartering as a Captain in the Caribbean - USVI -BVI, St. Marteen & St. Barts. (All trips are in these areas).
- A well-seasoned and friendly Captain
Requirements:
- A 500GT or higher license
- A US passport or Green card
- STCW Basic Training (fully updated)
- PDSD Certificate
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a charter Captain
- Contactable recent references
