We are looking for an experienced Stew/Masseuse for a beautiful Private 80-meter motor yacht

Start Date is October 29th (or earlier) in Panama
The job is roughly 30% Massage - 70% Stewardess
Cruising for Winter 2026 - Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Caribbean
Plans for 2027 TBC - Either the Mediterranean or the USA (East Coast)
The Vessel is used moderately (not heavy) with 3-4 weeks given between trips
Trips are typically 7-10 days, never lasting longer than 18 days
6 girls in the interior girls including the Chief Stew
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a Stew/Masseuse onboard vessels 60-80m
- Is an ‘all-rounder’ within the interior department
- Has strong co-ordination and communication skills
- Upholds discretion and remains professional at all times
- Is looking for a long-term position (only)
Package:
Annual Leave - 72 days off per year.
Salary $4,700 USD (+/-DOE)
Bonus Structure (paid seasonally) - $80 per night with guests onboard
$4,000 of training allowance per year
Flights to repatriation destination year-round (multiple per year)
Full medical insurance
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training (fully updated)
- PDSD Certificate
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
- Valid B1/B2 visa is a bonus, but not essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in interior roles/including Massage onboard
